The challenge

In 2021, following the global acquisition of Panalpina by DSV, the organization entered into an ambitious transformation and integration process. The challenge was to align structures, optimize strategic planning and strengthen leadership to ensure growth and consolidate its position as a global leader in logistics. The integration required a clear vision, cohesion in the management team and the development of new leadership capabilities to face a constantly changing environment.

Strategic planning and management alignment: For more than 4 years, we have facilitated strategic planning meetings and management team articulation, ensuring clarity of vision, alignment of objectives and effective execution.

Academy - Leadership Development: We designed and implemented Alfa Centaury, DSV's management training academy, focused on developing key skills for the management and leadership of high-performance teams. This program has allowed us to strengthen the competencies of managers and ensure their preparation to lead the company's growth.
